FAQ
-
What molding processes do you use?
We offer compression and transfer molding, giving us flexibility to handle low, mid, and high-volume runs with consistent quality.
-
Do you design seals or components?
No. Jet Rubber is a manufacturing-focused factory. We produce parts based on customer-provided drawings, specifications, or tooling requirements. We can only recommend materials or design features based on our experience.
-
what sizes and tolerances can you achieve?
We handle a broad range of part sizes and offer tight tolerances for demanding applications. Industry standard tolerances for rubber are several times wider than that of metal, but rubber is also proportionally forgiving in nature. Exact capabilities depend on your specifications. We specialize in small to mid-sized production runs but can accommodate larger quantities depending on your needs. We’ve fulfilled orders of 1 part up to 100,000.

How long does it take to produce custom parts?
Lead times vary based on complexity, tooling requirements, and material availability, but typical production runs average 3–6 weeks.
